Job Description
The Live Slots Studio Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of the Live Slots Studio operation, overseeing daily studio activity, team performance, regulatory compliance, technical infrastructure, and commercial partnerships. The successful candidate will take full ownership of studio floor supervision, including slot mix, machine placement and settings, and EGM approval to ensure a profitable and well-maintained department. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of electronic gaming devices, regulatory frameworks, and B2B client relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Live Slots operations, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted studio activity.
- Oversee slot machine conversions, EGM settings and configurations, Jackpot setups, RTP adjustments, and prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Lead, manage, and develop the Live Slots team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Monitor studio equipment, cameras, and streaming technology to maintain broadcast quality.
- Manage roster, spare parts inventory, and procurement to ensure adequate staffing and prevent operational downtime.
- Act as the primary contact with Gaming Authorities, overseeing machine deployment, compliance, technical certifications, firmware updates, and games library.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners; oversee and negotiate vendor deals and support B2B client requirements.
- Provide clients and internal Teams with training on back-office systems and platforms.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy; assist in B2B promotional activities.
- Accurately report GGR and prepare, track, and analyse KPIs including studio uptime and EGM performance.
- Collaborate with Customer Support to ensure studio issues and open tickets are resolved within SOP timeframes.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure promotional activities and product updates are communicated effectively across departments.
- Adhere to all company policies, regulatory obligations, and responsible gaming standards.
- Perform other duties as may be required from time to time.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a live casino, gaming studio, or electronic gaming environment.
- In-depth knowledge of electronic gaming devices, slot machine operations, and gaming software platforms.
- Strong understanding of gaming legislation and regulatory frameworks, including MGA compliance.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with gaming regulators and managing technical and compliance documentation.
- Proven ability to build B2B client relationships and manage commercial negotiations and vendor deals.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in back-office gaming systems, with the ability to train clients and internal teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and flexible, with willingness to travel as required.
