Job Description

The Slots Attendant will oversee the daily operations of the Live Slot Studio and collaborate with management to address and resolve any issues within the studio’s operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and excellent studio customer service.
• Collaborate with Management and Internal Teams to resolve issues within the studio and with equipment.
• Handle and assist during incidents, demonstrating appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnel.
• Monitor Backoffice: Machine status and reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections of all slot machines.
• Assist in preventative maintenance, cleaning, and technical troubleshooting of all gaming machines within the studio.
• Organize and accurately maintain all paperwork and certifications related to required maintenance, updates, and ordering of parts.
• Log and report incidents and machine malfunctions.
• Reset machines after jackpot winnings or malfunctions.
• Move and reinstall slot machines as needed when studio floor plans are revised.
• Keep detailed records of all machine inventory, required upgrades, and parts.
• Contribute to a team effort and achieve related results as required.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
• This is a fully on-site position within a fast-paced live gaming environment.
• Be highly organized and Attention to detail.
• Eager to learn and grow professionally and have a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to handle incidents professionally and know when to escalate issues.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Prior experience in working in the gaming industry or with slot machines is a plus.
• Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
