Job Description

Strategy & Architecture: Design and deploy scalable, high-availability local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless networks (WLAN), and hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide the internal IT Team, on network and infrastructure, with the CTO.

Security & Compliance: Oversee and test security protocols, disaster recovery plans, firewalls, and access controls to mitigate cyber threats.

Operations & Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex outages, and maintain optimal operational uptime.

Vendor & Budget Management: Handle hardware and software lifecycles, procurement, and vendor relationships while controlling operational costs, with the CTO.

Resolution: Resolving issues that tiers of support have escalated

Documentation: Maintain complete technical documentation

Improvements: Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or IT infrastructure management, with leadership experience.

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Soft Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
