Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with business partners, ensuring optimal performance, satisfaction, and growth across the live casino gaming platform. This role involves managing partner integrations, analysing client performance, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting product and commercial initiatives to maximise value for both the company and its partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B partners across the gaming platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Management Team on vendor negotiations and product development initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal commercial terms, service delivery, and partner satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyse client performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports to partners and internal stakeholders, including KPIs, revenue analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all product content, promotional materials, and relevant information remain accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee partner integrations, ensuring smooth implementation and operational readiness.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming products, features, and platform enhancements.
  • Support partners in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities.
  • Communicate important updates, maintenance notices, and marketing campaigns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Gather partner feedback and contribute to continuous product and service improvement.
  • Support company promotional initiatives and brand exposure activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, or B2B client-facing roles.
  • Experience in the iGaming industry, preferably within live casino, casino games, or gaming platforms, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing B2B partners and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Must be based in Malta.
  • Experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and KPI monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing reports, analysing trends, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence partners. A professional and confident personality is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (e.g. pivot tables, dashboards).
