Job Description

To guarantee the protection of Company assets and the integrity of gaming operations by following internal procedures and Company policy, thus ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, security and customer services.

Role and Responsibilities

• When on duty makes sure that surveillance room runs smoothly and according to procedures.
• Reviews incidents.
• Cover shifts.
• Changes shifts.
• Will train new Surveillance Officer in surveillance room and track their progress.
• Sends shift report.
• Liaises with Surveillance Team Leader with all staff matters and surveillance equipment faults.
• Takes initiative by help to strength teams performance.
• When necessary, will take over Online Surveillance Officer duties.

Person Specification (Skills; knowledge; experience; attitude)

• Attention to detail.
• Willing to work on shift basis which include night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of gaming would be considered an asset, but it is not necessary.
• Independent computer user.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Being able to work alone.
• Team player.
