Job Description

Studio Dealers and Pit Bosses – Induction and Training, preparation and keeping up to date the Training Program and Training Materials. Upkeep of the Training Room

Role and Responsibilities

• Follow and be always up to date with the latest training curriculum and program.
• Ensures that latest training materials are available to staff via the most appropriate medium.
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Give appropriate training sessions according to Studio Operation requirements to new team members onboarded.
• Oversee and direct workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures of the latest company procedures.
• Monitor new team members on Production Tables, and make sure they are ready to perform on their own before they are taken off the monitoring period program.
• Finishes Training as expected
• Able to handle large groups
• Responsible for the assigned group to be up to company standards
