Job Description

Religa is looking for an Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational strategy, continuous development, and alignment across the business while maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can analyse and improve organisational processes to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple operational business lines within the organisation, making key policy and strategic decisions, while developing and implementing operational SOPs, policies, and procedures. Working closely with Senior Management, the Operations Manager will ensure effective communication and collaboration across all operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of multiple business lines and operational areas within the organisation.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Make strategic operational, planning, and policies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify operational challenges and opportunities, implementing effective solutions and improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee operational projects from conception through to execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business partners
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic objectives, company values, and long-term goals.
  • Provide operational support and solutions tailored to partner requirements.
  • Negotiate and maintain favourable commercial arrangements and service agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments and operational teams across the organisation.
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between operational departments.
  • Support and supervise teams where required to meet operational demands.
  • Ensure Teams remain informed of operational activities and updates.
  • If required, monitor compliance with applicable gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support compliance initiatives and operational audits.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, forecasting, planning, and auditing activities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure thorough operational analysis and performance monitoring of products.

  • Ensure accurate and current presentation content and promotional information is maintained.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences and events when required.

  • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned in line with business requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar operational management role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry, ideally within Live Casino operations.
  • Good understanding of gaming legislation, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong technical understanding of gaming products and operational systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
